Fine dining for our guests
Chef Anton Brunner creates new culinary masterpieces on a daily basis. With good taste, great attention to detail and the best ingredients, traditional as well as international dishes are served to delight our guests. Our kitchen sets high quality standards for itself. After all, we aim to go that extra mile for our guests. We will of course be happy to consider any food allergies or intolerances you may have.
We only use high-quality produce in our cooking, preferably seasonal and from around the Kaiserwinkl region. Why? Simple: because you can taste the difference! Whether it’s hay milk cheese and free-range eggs for your breakfast, dairy products or meat from our Tyrolean farmers - every bite will leave you wanting more.
Enjoy your special "Gala Menu of the Senses" in our stylish restaurant, have a cocktail at the cosy hotel bar or end your day with a glass of fine wine in front of the fireplace in the lobby. We look forward to presenting you with mouth-watering delights!
Seehotel Brunner Edition
In cooperation with the winery "Stiegelmar", our sommelier Anton Brunner has created a unique wine collection for our guests. Enjoy a glass of "Snow White" or "Sunset Red" during your stay with us, or take a few bottles home with you.
Seehotel Brunner Flavours
Curiosity, creativity and a touch of individualism went into developing our own in-house spice line "Seehotel Flavours". Eight noble and unusual spice compositions give our dishes an unmistakeable flavour. Of course, all our spice mixes are free from artificial additives or flavour enhancers!
